The organization has its recruitment policy in which it advertises the post in the regional news paper & Devnet. The CVs of the suitable candidates are scrutinized by the core team of the organization according to qualification, knowledge & experience. A team of interview panel is being setup with eminent persons of different sectors according to job specification along with Governing board members and the Secretary. The recruited person is updated with the job responsibility and the agreement letter is signed for one year. In case the candidate resigns from the job he has to inform the Secretary of the organization one month prior to his resignation or he has to forfeit his one month salary without any prior information. The organization extend the tenure period after the performance appraisal of the candidate.
